A Report on the Recall of the Faulty RX3 Printers

The following report for the board of Directors was written on 10 September 2008 by Craig Chambers, Administration Services Manager. Information for this report was received from the Sales Manager and Senior Technician.

Our company has problem due to the fact that there are five printers that are sent back to workshop for repair. There is a fault with the printer that is the paper is jamming because the spring in the paper tray is pushing the paper through too quickly.

We think that it will be very helpful if some of the technicians visit our company to fix the printers. We also suggest to check the printers before sell it.

We would like to give two packs printer paper as compensation. Please inform to us about the quotation for paper and carriage costs. Thank you.
